*****The Township lost power shortly before the 7/28 Planning Commission meeting and was operating on generator power. The AV equipment did not work, likely because there was not enough power. The power became functional sometime after but prior to the start of the joint meeting. Minutes summarizing what occurred will be posted after the next held Planning Commission meeting. In addition, at its August 11 meeting, the Board of Supervisors will need to make a formal motion authorizing our solicitor to advertise a public hearing on the rezoning request from last night’s Planning Commission agenda for the September 8 meeting.
