Deadlines
Initial Application for Sketch Plan/Staff Review Meeting Submission:
4th Monday of the prior month by noon, with the exception of the below, which deviates from the normal schedule to allow adequate administrative preparation time (necessary due to limitations imposed by the way the dates fall on the calendar and/or the township’s annual reorganization meeting date):
- April 21, 2025, by noon to be on the May 1, 2025, meeting.
- May 22, 2025, by noon to be on the June 5, 2025, meeting.
- June 23, 2025, by noon to be on the July 10, 2025, meeting.
- November 21, 2025, by noon to be on the December 4, 2025, meeting.
- December 22, 2025, by noon to be on the January 8, 2026, meeting.
Planning Commission Submission:
Applicant is required to let Zoning Officer know by the end of the month if they have intent to attend the next month’s Planning Commission Meeting. Document submission for the PC meeting is the Monday of the prior week to the meeting by noon. The Planning Commission prefers half size plans (5 sets), but the applicant should provide 1 full size set to the zoning officer and 1 full set to GLBA as well as an electronic link to the plans.
Board of Supervisor Submission:
1st Tuesday of the month by noon (the same month as the BOS meeting), with the exception of the below, which deviates from the normal schedule to allow adequate administrative preparation time (necessary due to limitations imposed by holding the BOS meeting the same night as the annual reorganization meeting, which falls on the first Monday of the year). The BOS prefers half size plans (3 sets), 1 full size set to the zoning officer and 1 full size set to GLBA as well as an electronic link to the plans.
- December 19, 2025, by noon to be on the January 5, 2026, BOS meeting.
