Columbia Gas will be replacing existing metal gas laterals and services with upgraded plastic pipe. Columbia Gas will hang flyers on affected properties within East Manchester Township and Manchester Borough. The project’s proposed starting date is mid to end of August 2025. Roads to be affected are N George St. from Beshore School Rd. to Sunset Dr., Cottage Dr., Rosedale Dr., Sunset Dr., Loucks St., and Clover Ln. Unfortunately, potential impacts involved with this project are noise from equipment, temporary road closures or detours, parking restrictions, temporary loss of access to driveways, and uneven driving conditions.
