REPUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE: On July 15th, due to the extreme heat forecasted for the week, their drivers will be starting 30-45 minutes early to try to get a jump start on routes before heat gets too extreme. Please place your trash and recycle out the night before so Republic Services can complete the routes before the extreme heat of the day starts. Additionally, Republic Services notified the correct resident areas of a one day delay in service. This is not for the whole Township, but portions of it. York County Transportation Local Area Projects – Increase Awareness

As part of the 2027 update to the York County Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) the York Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (YAMPO) has created a series of videos highlighting major projects across the county.

Two projects listed below will take place in or near your municipality. We have also created a short survey for residents to share their comments or questions about the projects, all comments and questions from this survey will be reviewed by the YAMPO coordinating committee.
