York County Planning Commission Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping within East Manchester

York County Planning Commission (YCPC) is working with the Army Corps of Engineers on finishing up a multi-year stormwater infrastructure mapping project within the urbanized areas of the County.  East Manchester Township will be their next municipality to be collected.  The Army Corps hired HDR to do the actual fieldwork.  They will be collecting only public areas. Attached is a letter the field crew would have with them in case they get asked questions by residents. 

We are not sure when they will start, but YCPC wanted to make you aware they will be doing collection in your municipality soon. For further questions, you may contact York County Planning Commission.
